The following commonly asked questions and answers have been posted for your convenience. Please feel free to contact Tule Apartments if you have a question that is not answered below.

• Are pets allowed in the apartments?

  • Sorry, but free-roaming pets such as dogs and cats are not allowed (regardless of size, age, temperament, etc).

   

• How far are the apartments from campus?

  • The complex on A Street is about 7-9 blocks from campus and the Baker Street apartments are about 10-12, depending on where you're headed.  Many of our tenants walk or bike.  Much easier than dealing with parking on campus.  And both complexes are close to the mall and the fast food restaurants, grocery store, etc. (Click here to view a satellite map of the area.)

   

• Approximately how much is the power per month?
  • We've asked several tenants what their highest power bills have been and the usual answer is $60 in the coldest winter months.

   

• Is there room for two vehicles at the apartment?
  • There are two parking spaces provided per apartment unit.  These are not assigned but there doesn't seem to be a problem with finding a place.

   

• Will my couch, entertainment center, kitchen table, etc., fit in the apartment?

  • We recently added floor plans to each of the apartment pages on this site. These drawings should allow you to plan out exactly what will fit where. (Tule Place Apartments & Tule Way Apartments)

   

• Do the apartments have air conditioning?
  • The apartments are not air conditioned, but we do allow the window type AC units.

   

• Are the apartments furnished or not?
  • These are unfurnished apartments.

   

• Is internet and cable provided, or are they extra?
  • The apartments are internet and cable ready but the tenants have to set up their own accounts with whichever provider they choose.
